Once upon a time, there was a young man who wanted to get married. He had found the woman he loved. The young man then took his future wife to meet his parents. He wants to ask his parents for his blessing.

The young man came from a wealthy family. All this time if he wants something, he will get it easily. So this time he was sure that his parents would grant his request.

"I want to marry this girl, Daddy, Mother," the boy told his parents.

Her mother nodded a smile. Apparently the child who had been groomed has grown up. But, different attitude shown by the father. He proposed a condition to his son.

"Dad will bless you if you can give your father a gold coin," his father pleaded.

The young man smiled happily. It's easy to get his father's condition, he thought. The next day, he met his father who was sitting by the river.

"I brought you a gold coin you asked for," the young man said as he handed him a gold coin.

His father then threw the gold money into the river. He would not take the gold money if his son did not work alone to get it.

The young man then returned home. He asked for another gold coin to his mother. It's easy to get it. The mother immediately gave the gold coins to his son.

The young man met his father again. He gave a second gold coin. Her father again refused to accept. He again threw the gold pieces into the river.

"Daddy, why do you always throw away the pieces of gold I give you?" the young man asked.

"I will accept gold pieces from you and bless your marriage if the gold pieces you get yourself from your work, not the result of asking your mother," said his father.

The young man then returned to his home. The next day, he was looking for a job. He went to the market and offered to help the merchants. The young man works very hard. In fact, he was willing to bear enough heavy rice.

Finally, the young man managed to get the golden coins from his own hard work. He went back to his father and gave him the gold coins.

His father almost threw the piece of gold away. But the young man stopped him. He begged his father not to throw away the gold coins.

"I beg you, do not throw it away, I get it with great difficulty," the young man said, holding his father's foot.

Her father smiled proudly at the young man. Finally he blessed the young man to get married. That's because he can appreciate money and know how hard it is to earn money. The young man was very happy. He also married his lover and lived happily.

The moral message of the Legend of the Children of the World: A Condition is to work hard for something you want to be more appreciative of what you get.
